If April 15th doesn’t have you glued to a desk seat frantically keyboard pecking numbers into turbo tax, or sitting outside your accountant’s office waiting for him or her to finish up your taxes, than plan on taking advantage of some eat free and dining deals on tax day 2010.
Plan your tax day 2010 around the following eat free and dining deals, and maybe that will brighten up your day just a little bit!
1) Cinnabon
On April 15, Cinnabon is giving away two cupcake bites per visitor from 6 to 8 p.m. Call ahead and then get there fast — the deal is good only at participating locations, and only while supplies last.
2) Maggie Moo’s
It’s a nationwide ice cream social at Maggie Moo’s on April 15th! Get a free slice of ice cream pizza from 3 to 7 p.m. on April 15 with the chain’s “E-cone-omic” Relief Package. Participating restaurants only so check the website to find a location near you.
3) Taco del Mar
Sign up online to get a “Free Taco″ on tax day. Redeemable at participating locations on April 15.
4) P.F. Chang’s
Dine at the chain on April 15, and save 15% on your bill. Happy Hour specials and alcoholic drinks excluded.
5) Chick-fil-A
Select locations are offering free breakfast. Call your local Chick-fil-A to check for times.
6) IHOP
Kids eat free throughout April between 4-10pm.
7) McCormick and Schmick’s
$10.40 dinner and drink specials at the bar. Even better, you’ll leave with “Tax Relief Certificate” for another $10.40 of free food and drink. The $10.40 is during dinner and the $10.40 coupon is redeemable anytime after that.
McDonald’s
A FEW McDonald’s appear to be offering a Big Mac or Quarter Pounder for a penny when you buy one at regular price. This offer may not be available in your area, so check with your local McDonald’s first.
9) Whole Foods Market
Tax-free shopping in certain states during normal business hours on tax day. Not all states are participating.
10) Jamba Juice
With a Jamba Juice coupon you can buy any drink from the Jamba Juice menu and get one FREE! Coupon good from 4/12-4/25.
11) Starbucks (YAY!)
Bring in any reusable cup and get it filled with free Starbucks coffee.
12) Mr. Jim’s Pizza
Most of their locations in TX, LA, WY, and NC are giving away a free pizza if you first fan them on Facebook and print out the coupon.
13) Boston Market
They have a BOGO coupon good from Apr. 15-18.
